Chocolate-and-Cream Layer Cake

Last month, I received my last issue of Cooking Light – ever.

As sad as I was, the cake on the cover made my heart swoon! I decided that I must make this cake. You know, to pay homage to Cooking Light and all of the recipes I’ve used from them!

I’m bringing this to book club! They get all the decadent desserts because they pair nicely with wine! (And books, too…I guess.)
