I followed Jamie Oliver’s recipe. Here’s the changes I made:
- 60g raisins and 40g dried cranberry/cherry/blueberry mix instead of raisins, cranberries, and fruit peel.
- Salted butter instead of unsalted butter and sea salt.
- Allspice instead of mixed spice.
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg instead of grating a whole one.
- Whole milk instead of skimmed milk.
They turned out delicious!
